🌍 Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Maison Najlae. Each of our bespoke caftans is lovingly handcrafted in Casablanca, celebrating Moroccan heritage, timeless elegance, and individuality.

📦 Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Due to the artisanal and often made-to-order nature of our creations, returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

• Standard-size caftans (not made-to-measure) may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery
• Bespoke or made-to-measure caftans are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless received defective or damaged
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags intact

🚚 How to Return or Exchange
1. Contact us at Najlae.official@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order
2. Share your order number and reason for return or exchange
3. Once approved, we will send detailed return instructions and our Casablanca return address
4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defect or order error

🌟 Exchanges

We’re pleased to offer a one-time exchange for size or style on eligible pieces, subject to availability.

🛡 Damages & Defects

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

• Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include clear photos of the product and packaging
• We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund as appropriate

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement

🌐 International Orders

• Return shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable
• Kindly mark returned parcels as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
